Wendy Marsh, Chair 

Geneva native, is a Partner at the Syracuse law firm of Hancock & Estabrook, LLP, which is one of Upstate New York's leading law firms. She is a graduate of SUNY Albany and University at Buffalo Law School, with a concentration in Environmental Law.  She is a member of the firm's Environmental Practice Group and the Leader of the firm's Zoning & Land Use Practice Group. She is also a member of the Geneva Growth Board, and the Geneva Chamber of Commerce.  

 

Sandy Bissell, Vice Chair             

Director of Human Resources, Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Former Vice President of Human Resources, the Kennedy Center, Washington D.C.    

 

Paula Burden, Secretary

Retired history teacher and department chairperson  with the Geneva City School District.  Currently certified pilates instructor at Hobart and William Smith Colleges and Geneva Recreation Department.   Volunteer at Our Lady of Peace Parish serving as lay minister and lecturer.
